There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments scheduled. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we require a 50% payment.

Gratuities are welcome and are accepted in cash only. The recommended standard gratuity for massage service is 15%-20% of the regular price of the treatment received. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
